Kevin Griffin and Peter Learn worked together as Griffin & Learn Contracting for seven years before they opened Off the Water Marine and Dock in 2016. Their combined experience with building and marine service from Laconia to Conway create outstanding year-round customer care for Lakes Region residents and visitors alike.

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Peter has a unique understanding of what year-round residents expect from lakeside service. Kevin split his childhood between a Massachusetts home and a vacation house on Winnipesaukee which established his intricate awareness of what summer residents and visitors need when they're here (and even more so when they're not!).

In 2017, Off the Water began managing Harilla Landing Yacht Club in Moultonborough, NH which is now the headquarters of their business. From spring dock installation and boat launch to summer service and winter preparations, Kevin, Peter, and their skilled team will provide the highest level of service in all their areas of expertise.
